Accessibility
Last updated: 11 June 2026
We want everyone to be able to browse this site, buy a ticket, and use the live event app — regardless of ability or assistive technology. We aim for WCAG 2.1 level AA across the site, with particular care on the ticket purchase flow.
- Keyboard: all interactive surfaces are operable without a mouse — a skip-to-content link is the first tab stop on every page; dialogs trap focus, close on Escape, and return focus; carousels have button alternatives to swiping.
- Screen readers: pages carry landmarks and headings; forms have programmatic labels; payment outcomes are announced via live regions.
- Visual: text colors are chosen for AA contrast on the dark theme, focus is always visible, and animations respect your reduced-motion setting.
- Mobile: primary touch targets (buttons, controls) are at least 44px — links inside running text can be smaller — and the layout works down to 320px-wide screens.
Known limitations:some embedded third-party content (Stripe’s payment fields, Instagram posts) is rendered by those providers and may not match our standards. Instagram content only loads with your consent and is always available directly on Instagram instead.
Found something that doesn’t work for you? Tell us and we’ll fix it or help you complete what you were doing another way (including buying a ticket by email): hello@nordicoslo.com.
Norwegian users can also contact Tilsynet for universell utforming av ikt (uutilsynet.no) if they believe the site does not meet universal-design requirements.
